What is included

The system is supplied with every component required for installation and operation, including:

  • 01 main unit.
  • 01 EDI deionisation module, pre-installed in the unit.
  • 01 Ultrapure DI column set, pre-installed in the unit.
  • 01 Ultrafilter (UF) column, pre-installed in the unit.
  • 01 Type III water tap for the glassware washing sink.
  • 01 separate RO pre-treatment unit for the feed water (dimensions: 420 × 370 × 185 mm).
  • 02 sets of pre-filter cartridges comprising PP, Cation and CTO.

Consumables

To keep the output water within specification and the system running reliably, consumables should be replaced periodically as recommended below:

  • Pre-filter set (PP, Cation, CTO): replace after 3–6 months.
  • DI pre-treatment column: replace after 6–12 months.
  • RO1 600G membrane: replace after 6–12 months.
  • RO2 400G membrane: replace after 12–16 months.
  • Ultrapure DI column set: replace after 12–16 months.
Note: replacement intervals may vary with feed water quality and how often the system is used.
