Is QEMIX an authorized distributor of DUKSAN?
Yes. QEMIX is the Authorized Distributor of DUKSAN Pure Chemicals in Vietnam, importing directly from the manufacturer in Korea with no intermediaries. See the article on authorized distribution.
Does the product come with a lot-specific COA?
Yes. Every order includes the COA issued by DUKSAN for the lot number printed on the packaging. You can also look up the COA, MSDS and Specification yourself under PRODUCTS on duksan.kr, by product name or CAS number.
Is the SDS available in Vietnamese?
DUKSAN publishes the English SDS under PRODUCTS › MSDS on duksan.kr. If you need chemical declaration files under Vietnamese regulations, QEMIX supports the accompanying documents — state this requirement when ordering.
How can I tell that a bottle is genuine?
Check three things: the Product No. on the label matches DUKSAN’s published Specification; the lot number on the label matches the COA supplied; and goods imported through QEMIX have import documents traceable to the shipment. See how to read DUKSAN labels and COAs.
About product codes, grades and substitution
How is the Product No. different from the CAS number?
The CAS number identifies a chemical substance; the Product No. identifies one specific DUKSAN product — the same substance in a different grade or pack size has a different Product No. Use the Product No. when ordering to avoid mix-ups.
What is the difference between GR, Extra Pure and CP?
GR (Guaranteed Reagent) is the analytical grade for testing; Extra Pure is for preparing solutions and routine procedures; CP (Chemical Pure) is for applications needing adequate purity only. Details in the DUKSAN introduction.
Does DUKSAN offer HPLC and LC-MS grade solvents?
Yes. DUKSAN publishes six high-purity solvent grades: LC-MS, Ultimate, Pesticide, HPLC, DNA Biosynthesis and Ultra Dry, each controlling a different set of parameters (LC-MS background, UV absorbance, ECD residue, water content…).
Can I replace another brand’s chemical with DUKSAN?
Yes, provided you compare Specification with Specification (or COA with COA) for the two products rather than comparing grade names. QEMIX helps compare each parameter before you decide and can support the qualification file if your laboratory requires one.
I don’t know which grade to choose?
Send the name of the test or the standard you apply. QEMIX compares DUKSAN’s Specification and recommends a suitable grade, so you neither over-buy purity nor fall short of it.
The item I need is not on the website?
QEMIX orders directly from the DUKSAN factory, including large pack sizes and less common products, and confirms production and shipping time before you decide. Send the product name + CAS number + grade + pack size and we will check.
About quotations, quantities and delivery
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
QEMIX will review your request and respond as soon as possible, depending on the product and any additional information that may need to be verified. The quotation includes stock status, Specification and SDS.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. QEMIX has no minimum order quantity for items in stock. For made-to-order items, quantity and lead time are confirmed separately in the quotation.
Is stock held in Vietnam?
Frequently used items are kept in local stock by QEMIX; the “In stock” status is shown on each product page. Items not in stock are ordered directly from the factory.
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide. For concentrated acids, flammable solvents and other dangerous goods (items with a UN number on the label), state the delivery address when requesting a quotation so QEMIX can confirm the appropriate transport and packaging arrangements.
Which pack sizes are available?
The DUKSAN range at QEMIX currently includes 500 g, 1 kg, 1 L, 2.5 L, 4 L and 20 L packs depending on the product; the factory also supplies larger packs to order. See the DUKSAN chemicals available at QEMIX.
What is a partner account on qemix.co for?

About shelf life, storage and safety
Do DUKSAN chemicals have an expiry date?
The expiry date (or the production date from which it is calculated) is given on the label or the COA depending on the product. For chemicals without a stated expiry, apply your laboratory’s periodic re-evaluation policy based on the stability information in SDS section 10.
How should they be stored?
According to SDS section 7 for each product: segregate acids, bases, flammable solvents and oxidisers; keep flammable solvents in a fire-resistant cabinet; keep hygroscopic chemicals tightly closed. See also storing flammable and volatile chemicals and FIFO/FEFO stock management.
Can analytical reagents be used in pharmaceuticals or food?
No. Analytical reagents are intended for laboratory and research use only, not as pharmaceuticals, food ingredients or household products. Pharmaceutical raw materials and food additives are separate DUKSAN product lines with a different quality file — contact QEMIX if you need them.
