Sales Policy

This sales policy applies to all customers purchasing products from QEMIX, including laboratory chemicals, reference standards, solvents, lab equipment, glassware, consumables and related products.

QEMIX provides product information based on data from manufacturers or suppliers, including product code, brand, origin, specifications, technical parameters, CAS No., purity, CO/CQ, MSDS or technical documents where available.

Certain specialized products may vary in packaging, appearance or specifications between batches, while still conforming to the standards declared by the manufacturer.

Product prices are provided by QEMIX via the website, email, phone or an official quotation. Prices may change depending on the time and payment terms.

• Customer information must be accurate to support invoicing and delivery.
• Made-to-order products may require an advance deposit.
• Orders are only processed after both parties have fully agreed on the terms of purchase.

QEMIX supports flexible payment methods as agreed with the customer.

• Payment by bank transfer.
• Payment according to the contract or purchase order.
• Partial or full advance payment for made-to-order, imported or non-stock items.

QEMIX delivers to the address provided by the customer or as agreed in the order. Delivery time depends on stock availability, delivery location, product type and shipping regulations for special goods.

• In-stock items: delivered within the agreed time after order confirmation.
• Pre-order or imported items: delivery time is notified specifically for each product.
• Chemicals, solvents or hazardous goods: may require special transport conditions.

Customers are kindly requested to inspect goods immediately upon receipt, including product name, product code, quantity, specifications, packaging condition, labels and accompanying documents where applicable. If any discrepancy, damage or shortage is found, please notify QEMIX as soon as possible for support.

QEMIX supports returns or exchanges in cases where products are delivered with the wrong code, wrong specification, wrong quantity, or with defects arising during delivery. Returned products must retain their original labels and packaging, be unused, and be accompanied by the relevant documents.

For laboratory equipment, the warranty duration and conditions follow the manufacturer’s policy or the information stated in the quotation or contract.

• Warranty does not apply to faults caused by incorrect use.
• It does not apply to damage caused by impact, fire or explosion, natural disasters or external factors.
• Equipment must be used, stored and operated in accordance with the technical instructions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, using products for their intended purpose, and complying with safety instructions, storage requirements and the relevant legal regulations concerning laboratory chemicals, equipment or consumables.
