Qemix Co., Ltd (“QEMIX”) is committed to conducting its business of chemicals, reference standards, solvents, supplies and laboratory products in full compliance with the laws of Vietnam and relevant legal documents.

Some products presented on the QEMIX website may fall under categories subject to legal regulation, including:

• Chemicals subject to conditional production and trading.
• Chemicals requiring special control.
• Hazardous chemicals.
• Industrial precursors; drug precursors.
• Chemicals under specialized management.
• Chemicals that must meet requirements on chemical incident prevention and response under current law.

Decree 24/2026/ND-CP specifies the lists of chemicals within the scope of the Law on Chemicals, including lists of chemicals subject to conditional production and trading, chemicals requiring special control, and chemicals for which a chemical incident prevention and response plan must be established.

The display of a product on the website does not mean that the product may be quoted, traded, delivered, imported, exported or used in all cases.

QEMIX has the right to request the customer to provide information and documents for compliance assessment, including but not limited to:

• Business registration certificate.
• Chemical business license.
• Import or export license.
• End-user information and intended use.
• Storage location and chemical safety plan.
• Other related documents.

QEMIX reserves the right to refuse to quote, refuse to sell, suspend delivery or cancel a transaction if it detects, or has reasonable grounds to believe, that the transaction does not meet legal conditions, the customer does not provide the necessary documents, the intended use is inappropriate, or the transaction risks violating regulations on chemical management, chemical safety, chemical security, import/export, drug prevention, chemical weapons prevention, or other relevant laws.

Technical information, images, product specifications, SDS, COA, TDS, batch numbers, stock status, delivery times and selling prices on the website are for reference only at the time of publication and may change without prior notice.

This information does not replace the customer’s obligation to check, assess and comply with the law before purchasing, storing, transporting, using or transferring the product.

The customer is responsible for using the product for the correct purpose, in accordance with safety instructions and the law, and must not use the product for any unlawful purpose.

QEMIX is not responsible for any damage, violation or consequence arising from the customer’s use, storage, transport, transfer, export or re-export of the product not in accordance with the law or not for the declared purpose.

This statement applies to all content, products and transactions arising from the QEMIX website. QEMIX reserves the right to update, amend or supplement this statement at any time to comply with current law and the management requirements of the competent state authority.
